Merit Badges

Follow the links below to the US Scouting Service Project Merit Badge pages. You will also find a link at the bottom of each page for worksheets to use while working on the requirements. Even though these pages have the requirements for each badge, you will also need to obtain the most current pamphlet for the badge you are working on. Ask the Troop Librarian to find out if the pamphlet you need is in the troop library. You may also know another Scout that has a pamphlet he no longer needs, or you may purchase a new pamphlet from one of the Council Service Centers. For additional resources you can go to the National Councils Merit Badge Requirements page for the badge you are working on. Each page has a listing of resources that includes books, organizations and websites. Remember to use any internet resource with caution and only with your parent's or guardian's permission.

Merit Badges listed in ORANGE CAPS are Eagle required badges.

Ask your troop leaders to help you choose a counselor for the badge you are working on. To find Merit Badge Counselors outside of the Troop, ask you troop leaders to help you find a counselor, or go to the Chattahoochee District website and contact the District Advancement Chairman.
