Torrey's Eagle Project: Torrey worked with Engineers from Barrow County and organized a crew to rehabilitate and reclaim 20 acres of wetlands. Torrey cleared brush, planted 600 trees, breached a temporary construction dam and created habitat areas for birds, ducks and other wildlife. Torrey was commended by the Bear Creek Water Authority (an authority covering four counties).
